Hey guys! I’m here to do a review for the movie “Hot Summer Nights!” I loved this movie because it was such a cool movie! I love that it’s based on a true story and the location is cool for the movie. I don’t like all the swearing in the film. It’s emotional when Timmy’s character loses a parent. There’s lots of drama to catch the viewer’s attention and keep them engaged. The music sets the tone and mood for the film.
The movie is about a sheltered teenage boy that comes of age in 1991 during a crazy summer at Cape Cod of getting rich from selling pot to gangsters, falling in love for the first time and partying until he realizes that he’s in way over his head.
With the cast of Timothee Chalamet, Maika Monroe, Alex Roe, Emory Cohen, Thomas Jane, Maia Mitchell, William Fichtner, Jeanine Serralles, Reece Ennis and Rick Chambers. I think the cast did an amazing job at playing their characters because they put so much drama, emotion and heart into the film.
That’s a wrap on this review! You can watch “Hot Summer Nights” on Plex, Pluto TV and Tubi! Catch you guys tomorrow when I do a review for the movie “Hollywood Homicide!”
